1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, attending, or participating in any class, session, event, or service provided by Hustlin Yogi (“Instructor”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all offerings including group classes, private sessions, workshops, online sessions, and events.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/legal guardian. All clients must complete any required intake or waiver forms prior to participation. Clients are responsible for informing the Instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class.

Hustlin Yogi reserves the right to refuse service if participation is deemed unsafe.

3. Assumption of Risk

Yoga and wellness activities include physical movement that may carry risk. These risks may include:

Muscle strain or soreness. Loss of balance or falls. Aggravation of pre-existing injuries

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with yoga and related activities.

4. Health & Medical Responsibility

Clients confirm they are physically able to participate in yoga activities. You should consult a physician before beginning any new fitness or wellness program if you have concerns. You agree to modify movements as needed and listen to your body at all times. Hustlin Yogi is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or failure to follow guidance.

5. Class Conduct

To maintain a positive and respectful environment, all clients agree to:

Arrive on time | Follow Instructor guidance | Respect other participants | Maintain appropriate behavior and language

Hustlin Yogi reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe, without refund.

6. Booking & Payment

All classes, sessions, and packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Booking may be completed online, in person, or through approved platforms. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Class packages and memberships are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12–24 hours in advance (depending on booking terms). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions. Hustlin Yogi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to emergencies, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disruption and ensure safety. This is at the discretion of the Instructor and may result in a forfeited session.

9. Virtual Classes & Online Content

For any online or virtual services:

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe practice space. Hustlin Yogi is not responsible for injuries occurring during unsupervised or remote sessions. All digital content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed

10. Photography & Media Release

Hustlin Yogi may take photos or videos during classes or events for promotional use.

By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you provide written notice opting out.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustlin Yogi and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Intellectual Property

All class formats, branding, materials, and content created by Hustlin Yogi are the intellectual property of the Instructor and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written consent.

14. Changes to Terms

Hustlin Yogi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.

Communications through your mobile carrier may charge you standard fees for sending or receiving text messages (SMS) or using data (MMS, links) when interacting with Hustlin Yogi. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
